This study was designed to investigate the impact of strength training on selected physiological variables among kabaddi players. To achieve purpose (N=40) forty men players were from Department Physical Education, Vijaynagara Sri Krishnadevara University, Bellary, Karnataka, India as subjects. Their age ranged in between 19 and 24years. The subjects will be randomly assigned two equal groups (N=20) namely one experimental group control group. Group I underwent II they do not have any specific training. such blood pressure, breath holding time resting heart rate criterion assessed by sphygmomanometer, manual test stethoscope respectively. concerned with their particular for a period six weeks, three days per week. pre post-test taken before after end weeks Analysis Covariance (ANCOVA) used analyse significant differences means level significance fixed at 0.05 all cases hypothesis. produced enhancement
